John Sosna, a native of Northern Colorado has been in the Real Estate field since 2005. John is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado and is an active member in the theatre community as well. John specializes in golf properties, mountain, water/river front, luxury, and commercial properties. Johns main areas of focus are Weld County to include: Greeley, Evans, Eaton, Severance, Windsor, Johnstown, Milliken, Frederick, Firestone, & Ft. Lupton.
He also works in Larimer County to include: Berthoud, Fort Collins, Loveland, Red Feather Lakes, Wellington, Estes Park and Timnath, as well as Boulder County to include: Boulder, Longmont, Erie, Louisville, Lafayette, & Lyons, as well as the Denver Metro area. John takes a great deal of pride knowing that his customers trust him and that he is always looking out for their best interests.
John left the real estate world briefly in 2010 to pursue a career in criminal justice and national security. After helping the government with security clearance investigations from 2010 to 2015, John decided that his real passion in life was real estate. He felt he could help more people realize their dreams and goals in the real estate world. You never have to questions John's honesty or integrity.
